Unexpected warmth in an urban stay
Woke up to the aroma of freshly baked banana bread. Lisa, the host, even lent me a charger when I needed one! Her hospitality was heartwarming.
I struggled a bit with the air conditioning settings that didn’t seem to adjust the room's temperature properly. An easy-to-follow instruction sheet would help immensely.

Great spot for Families
The breakfast was made to order and the owner was quick to address our needs. Plus, we met a bunch of interesting people at breakfast every morning, really unique conversations about art and life.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was acceptable.

My stay at Modern B & B was fantastic! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it feel like home. I loved joining the potluck dinner, where Lisa's cooking really shone through. The room was cozy and clean with a nice little corner, perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the city!
Parking was a bit limited during my stay.

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy
I felt like I was in a warm embrace! 🍂 The king room was beautifully decorated and, oh my goodness, the bed was as soft as a cloud! Breakfast was a delight. I savored some delicious home-cooked meals and loved sharing the big table with fellow travelers-it.
100% recommend ❤️❤️

missingWrote a review on Jun 07limited parking
Despite the size, the room's comfort level feels a bit lacking, with bland dorm-like furnishings and limited seating options beyond the bed. Hot water on the upper floors takes its sweet time arriving, and the WiFi connection leaves something to be desired at times. Parking availability isn't quite as advertised, which could be an issue on busier days.

The grilled seafood at nearby Divino Restaurant & Wine Bar is absolutely killer—totally worth the stroll! Plus, breakfast at the B&B was on point, with hot scrambled eggs and freshly baked goodies. Great vibes all around!
And while the neighborhood is nice, watch your step with the tree branches from the recent storm—just part of the local charm.
